another thread of this. will razer ever come out with a fix for this? also the 2.4 dongle doesnt seem to detect when i try to plug it in to direct USB. i can use the headset with bluetooth but i cannot get it to show in synapse.
ive updated firmware
used the device detection tool
tried updating/modifying/uninstalling and reinstalling
updated the drivers on my laptop/made sure theyre up to date
tried plugging the headset in directly to the laptop
as well as several others. i basically whent down the razer and reddit threads trying anything that has worked for others, but it seems like this is a somewhat common issue. is razer ever planning to do something about this?
