I have the Blackshark V2 Pro RZ04-0453 and I cannot get Synapse 3/4 to detect it on Win11. I uninstalled, used the DriverCleanup tool, reinstalled. Installed Synapse 3, upgraded to 4, nothing. I have followed every troubleshooting steps even Answer ID: 1835 and nothing. I put the usb dongle in every usb my PC has and Synapse will not detect the usb device.
The other thing, I have attempted to update the fw using the RazerBlackSharkV2Pro(2023)_0555_FirmwareUpdater_v2.6.11.0_r2 updater and it also does not the detect the usb hyperspeed dongle no matter which usb port I use.
The headset works fine otherwise. It is detected in Device Manager, works with all the games I play. I just don’t have the headset software.
