Blackshark V2 Pro not showing up in Synapse

When I first plugged in the dongle and turned on the headset it automatically came up in Synapse. Now I can't get it to show up again. I've tried a clean install of Synapse 3, different USB ports, updating firmware for the headset and dongle, and removing the devices from Windows and restarting the computer. The headset still works as far as receiving audio from the PC but I want it to show up in Synapse to change EQ settings etc. Any help would be great greatly appreciated.

    As far as I know, the Blackshark V2 Pro is not supported on Synapse 3.0. You will want to install the stand-alone surround sound app for it from here. Do send me a PM should you need further assistance.
