So this is a 2020 version of the mic and ive had it for a while, i havent used it but kept it just incase my other headset died, and well my other headset died and I linked this headset up once when I first got it however now that im trying to use it again it will not turn on. My brother uses this mic and he told me that when the headset is charging the light next to the port will be on however even after 12 hours of charging nothing has changed. I don’t know what to do and I know its not damaged because ive kept it safe on my shelf the whole time. What do I do?
