as the title says my headphones suddenly stopped working in wireless mode. When plugged with 3.5 audio jack they work fine. In synapse my headphones automaticly show up but appear as if they are tuned off even when they clearly arent (light is on and even windows recognizes them). When I try to launch the software to update drivers it says my drivers are up to date. When I try to launch the pairing utility software i get an error pairing failed and no further explanation to why it failed. I would apriciate any help or recomendation you guys have.
furthermore i would like to talk about how none of razer software I used worked to help me eliminate my problem or even recognised it. Just not working and no explanation to why. What makes it worse is the state of razer support (https://mysupport.razer.com/) which is completely unhelpfull, just trying to access support information about headphones that I BOUGHT requres a serial number for the product (a sticker with this number was glued on the most visible part of the headphones when I bought them and I peeled it off day one - it didnt say anywhere that i might need that number at some point...yes literary nowhere I’m the type of person to read the whole user manual).
The razer support site also claims you can contact them via email phone or live chat but I couldnt find a single one of those options on the site. Googling about it seems to show they completely removed all 3 of those options but the site still claims you can access them.
sorry this turned into a rant but after all the trouble i’ve had with this product and the hellhole that is razer support I feel it’s justified.
