Hi. I have a problem with the black shark v2 pro. When I play music i hear crackling and sometimes it like lower the volume and then it became louder as before and this happens a lot when I’m gaming. I use my headphones on my laptop and before I was playing on my dads desktop and on the desktop and on another laptop they worked perfectly. What do I do?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Also, were you able to update its firmware? Let me know via PM along with your BlackShark V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
