Blackshark V2 pro replacement dongle

Hi I lost my dongle for RZ04-0453. I found the product on Razer support page but the “chat” function is greyed out. I looked everywhere online and could not find a replacement for this specific headphones. just need to buy a replacement dongle for my headphones through official website. I am located in BC, Canada. S/N: (REMOVED SERIAL NUMBER)
