I lost my Dongle in a move for a blackshark v3 pro. I ordered a new one and am trting to get them to pair. I have used razers software to update without any luck. I’ve tried different usb hubs, hard wire. Reset computer. headset does not register on synapse, even connected wired. I thought upgrading firmware might help but I can not update firmware without pairing it seems. Please help.
