My Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 had been working fine for a while, only recently has the right speaker stopped working properly when it is used wirelessly. When i plug it in, its fine. When i uninstall the device and reconnect it, it works fine for a few moments before going back to the same issue. Sound does still play from the right speaker, its just really really quiet. I have already made sure that the audio balance is correct and updated the firmware.

i had the same issue. Go to advanced sound settings on windows. Right click on the headset and go to properties, then to the spatial sound and select windows sonic, not the Dolby atmos. Hope this helps.

I’ve realized that when i reset the headset, it works fine until i change the volume. My current work around is to keep it on 100% and use the volume dial on the headset until this is resolved.

Just for isolation, can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the audio issue.
