I’ve seen several threads back from 2023 with this same issue, but here it is for me in 2025. I’ve attempted removing and re-adding the headset, updated all the drivers, etc. In the windows sound settings the headphones are still labeled as “speakers”, and only have stereo available as a configuration for them. Under “audio enhancements” it is set to “device default effects” and underneath that it says “THX Spatial Audio USB (Blacshark V2 HyperSpeed). Under that it does have “spatial sound” as “off” and is not selectable to change. But most importantly under the THX spatial sound demo, swapping back and forth from spatial sound to stereo makes 0 impact on the sound. I have owned several nice headphones (logitech, turtle beach, etc) and have experienced good spatial sound before. Mine currently have none.
Please lend what assistance you can with this issue. I switched to Razer from a full logitech setup as I like the quality and intergrated software better for Razer. This, is a serious letdown tho.
