Blackshark v2 pro sound unbalanced
So i recently bought a blackshark v2 pro as a gift for myself last christmas. Then as i was trying my NEW. Blackshark v2 Pro, i noticed that the left earpcup was louder (10-15%) than the right earcup. I returned it to the store and exchanged for a new one but still i have the same problem.
i have tried almost everything.
- clean re-install of synapse
- checked the balance of the headphones in windows (left 100/right 100)
i even checked with my kraken x if the problem is with me/ my ear but no. My old kraken x is working fine.
Is anybody experiencing/ experienced my problem
Can anybody help me? Any form/kind of help is appreciated. Thank you!
