Blackshark V2 PRO transmitting audio wired, but will not connect wirelessly.

Hey, my headset (Blackshark V2 Pro 2020) recently just stopped working after a trip. When plugged in through the 3.5mm, all audio is transmitted. But, if I try to connect it wirelessly through the dongle nothing goes through, and I can’t see my device on Razer Synapse. I had tried to update my firmware but I was stopped by the Dongle and headset trying to connect (Got to 45% and then back down to 0% repeatedly) Before asking to retry the pairing. What should I do?

Exact same issue here. Disheartening to not see any solution. Will not be buying Razer products again :/

Okay I fixed mine. I just reran the pairing utility with a different USB cable and it worked. I guess the cable was just dodgy. Razer I apologise, it was not your fault in this case 😅
