Like this user said the only fix was to disable “Enable audio enhancements” in Signal Enhancements in Windows Audio Properties, but that also completely disables THX Spatial.
In my case I usually get audio crackling whenever opening OBS and keeping OBS Open and playing Fortnite usually whenever jumping out of the Bus
I have the headset and dongle drivers updated to latest version, as well as synapse.
