Need help figuring out my issue. My pc does not recognize the dongle until i mess with the settings, restart headset or mess with dongle in usb port. It can take up to 20 mins playing with all of the options that have been suggested. I’ve disable/enabled the ports every time, i’m not sure what actually makes my pc eventually recognize the dongle but it’s frustating. I’ve updated drivers, tried the pairing tool. The pairing tool doesn’t even recognize the dongle but it starts to work shortly after. I know the usb ports work because my controller works with all of them and the dongle eventually works in all of them as well. I feel like my only option is to get a new headset that doesn’t require a dongle.
