got my headset today. out of the box when i turned it on it went to a solid blue light no blinking to show its pairing. can see my computer setup the audio device as i have the option in sound to use blackshark v2 or THX spatial sound. nothing plays through the headset though. still a solid blue light though. installed synapse 3 and its not being picked up in there.

downloaded the firmware tool for it which updates the firmware fine.

when trying to do the pairing stage it gets to 45% resets gets to 45% over and over until it says pairing failed.

ive attempted to remove drivers from device manager and remove synapse too then run the updater. no difference. the light does start flashing when it attempts to pair but after it fails and i unplug the headset, turn it on its a solid blue light but still not being detected.

not exactly what id have dreamt a £200 headset experience to be like.

can anyone help
