So i have got new Blackshark v2 , but as i use it, it sounds not really good, is that true ?

in detail it when comes to shhhh sound or sound that related to that, just sounds Rough. ( you know it was like radio sound in the past time ago ).



So should i tweak on something to make it sounds better or is it my own feeling only ?.



By the way im using extended usb because of its short cable. then i already activated its synapse 3, and also i already updated its firmware to the newest. , what else ?

Question number 2 is what any kind of behaviors that can reduce its sound of quality ?

Have you tried connecting the headset directly to our computer without using the USB cable extension? Try bypassing the head Razer Blackshark V2's USB sound card and connect the headset directly to the 3.5mm port of your computer or mobile device and see if the persists. Otherwise, send me a PM, including its serial number. I’ll be locking this thread now to route our conversation privately.
