Blackshark V2 sound unbalanced, how do I fix?

Hello, I have Blackshark v2 for about a week, and I was removing the cable and reorganizing them, when I connected headphones back the sound from right side was way stronger than the left one, the left one works but its just horrible. This happens when I connect headphones via soundcard, when its connected with jack everything works fine. Does anybody know how to fix this? I tried going into sound control panel but I can't find the balance levels its just one slider. Thanks in advance.
