Blackshark v2 support - anybody else get burned?
Just wondering if anybody else has a terrible of experience with this company as I got completely burned by them yesterday. Was told I was going to be given an activation code to activate the stupid surround sound (should be available for this headset regardless, like most other common drivers, and their other software). After spending hours with support, and providing my proof of purchase for the headset, they changed their minds and told me they weren't giving me the code, and told me to rip off the earcup. I was very skeptical of this, because it seemed like it was damaging to the headset. I begged them for any other option, but they stopped responding to me. So I started ripping off the earcup , damaged it, and still do not have the ability to download the drivers for the headset that I paid over $100 for.
Am I the only one, or are there others?
Do the tech support and drivers at this company suck worse than you've ever experienced?
