Blackshark v2, THX problems. please help

Im not sure if I set this up properly, I will send pics for my enabled sound devices.. First, THX game profiles DO NOT turn on AUTO and when I select MANUAL it sounds absolutely horrible. I feel like its def not what its suppose to sound like. Sounds like the fake 7.1. can someone please help me

By horrible, are you referring to the sound quality or the changes to the sound stage? Have you tried calibrating the profiles for the manual mode? In any case, please PM me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 and your Synapse version. Let's go from there.
