Blackshark v2 + usb sound card broken sound

Hi, i have Blackshark v2 + usb sound card on my old pc the 7.1 feature and overall sound worked perfectly but on my new pc the 7.1 is somehow broken? For example when something is happening in front of me i hear it from behind, when something is on left front i hear it from hard right, when in front i hear it in center and so on… 
Anything that could fix it?
