Blackshark v2 + USB Sound Card make all video not work

When I set the USB Sound Card (Blackshark V2 plugged into soundcard) to the audio output device, no video works. Youtube just is stuck in loading, twitch is stuck in loading, video games won’t open. Problem goes away when I switch audio device to monitor’s in-built speakers.

    Thanks for sharing your concern here on our support board. Aside from the Razer BlackShark V2 headset, are you also using other audio devices? Please gather the Synapse and THX logs from your PC by following the steps here. Please share it with me through PM so I can kickstart a support ticket and escalate your concern to the software team for advanced resolution.
