When I set the USB Sound Card (Blackshark V2 plugged into soundcard) to the audio output device, no video works. Youtube just is stuck in loading, twitch is stuck in loading, video games won’t open. Problem goes away when I switch audio device to monitor’s in-built speakers.

Please gather the Synapse and THX logs from your PC by following the steps here. Please share it with me through PM so I can kickstart a support ticket and escalate your concern to the software team for advanced resolution.
