Hola, compré estos auriculares y es la primera vez que intento registrar un producto nuevo para obtener un código de activación para sonido envolvente 7.1, pero dice que este producto ya está registrado. como puedo solucionar?

hola, yo lo acabo de comprar y después de registrarlo no llego el código y por la pagina cuando buscas 7.1 te pide el serial y dice que no es elegible….. que carajos… buena suerte
