Hello razer team, lately i bought a razer keyboard BlackWidow V4 X and its a 10/10.

And my brother gave me his old Razer blackshark V2 X. To have full razer experience but sadly i cant enable 7.1 surround because i no longer have the box or the email. So please i need a solution.

If it was registered previously, you cannot re-register it or reuse the old code.

You have to use the account that was registered first.
