blackshark v2 x 7.1 sorround sounds no sound

Hello my friend

i have issue with my blackshark v2x it works very well the mic and the speakers but when i switch to speaker's 7.1 as a default out put in windows and the select my headphone in 7.1 app there is no sound

 

i have check the frequency of both 7.1 speakers and headset in control panel in sound advance they both are 4.800 hz 16 bit and also i check 24 bit 4.800 hz and even 4.4100 hz

but no sound at all

 

Also in control panel it is showing that speaker 7.1 is working with the volume bar in front

 

but there is no sound please kindly help me
