Blackshark v2 X- 7.1 sound activation invalid

Hi,

I recently bought a Blackshark V2 X. I did receive the code via mail. But it says invalid when I use it on 7.1 app.

Could you help me please?

I understand you're having trouble with the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for your Blackshark V2 X.

Your device is supported with 7.1 Surround Sound. It's possible that you might have used the 7.1 activation code to the THX Spatial Audio app. To fix this, please make sure you have downloaded  7.1 Surround Sound application and not the THX Spatial Audio app. 

If you continue to have issues, please send me a private message with your device’s serial number and the screenshot/picture that states that your activation code is invalid so I can assist you further. You can upload the screenshot/picture to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
