hi, so im having issues with registering my blackshark v2 x. i registered it myself about 30 minutes ago, but im unable to get my activation code with the card i was sent. if someone else has had this issue, can you help?
to further go into detail, i registered the headset by myself, under my own account just fine. it just wont let me get the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound app.

I have the exact same problem with the exact same headest, I think it’s a error of Razer on this specially headset
is it the same with registering it yourself? or is it because someone else registered the headset already
