Hello Razer team, I'm here and excited to start this journey with you. However, I'm having an issue with my BlackShark V2 X headset. I keep receiving the message, "This product is already in use. If this doesn't apply, please contact Razer Support." Can you please contact me with the necessary information and documentation? Thank you for your assistance.
