Hi i have problem i bought and registered my headphones i got a Activation Code  but i can't activated it when i type it to activate and click activate theres is error saying "The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again" What can i do now ?

    Probably you’ve installed wrong app. Your headset supports 7.1 Surround, not THX Spatial.
