BLACKSHARK V2 X Activation Code for Surround Sound

Hi, I recently got my Razer Blackshark V2 X. I registered the product and it was detected. I tested it and it works perfectly fine. When I am downloading the Surround Sound, I scratched too hard on my activation code and can't see the code. I didn't know that scratching it with a coin would break it easily. What should I do to get my new activation code? Would I be given a new one?
