BlackShark V2 X already registered / Unable to activate THX Spatial Audio

Hello,

I recently bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but when I try to register the product on my Razer account, I receive the message saying that the product is already registered.

Because of this, I am also unable to activate THX Spatial Audio / 7.1 Surround Sound.

I have the proof of purchase and the serial number of the headset.

Serial Number: (removes serial number)

Could you please help me transfer or validate the registration and provide access to the audio activation?

Hi S3eker_,

I understand you're having trouble registering your BlackShark V2 X. If the headset is showing as already registered, it may have already been linked to another account. Have you tried reaching out to the reseller to request a replacement? Just to set expectations, we’re unable to remove a device registration from the previous account. You can send me a PM with the device proof of purchase so I can check whether the seller is listed as authorized. All the best!
