Blackshark V2 X - Cant find registration code inside box.

Hello!

 

I bought a new headset Blackshark V2 X, but I cant find the registration code to unlock the 7.1 Surround software. How can we solve this issue?

Don’t know about your headset but I found mine on the top of the left ear cup
