The title saids the problem, Razer Synapse do not recognice my headphones. Got all the connections where they're supposed to be.

This is expected. The Razer BlackShark V2 X which uses a 3.5mm audio + mic jack does not need the Razer Synapse application to work. You can check its master guide here for more information about setting up this headset.
