I’ve responded to your message and confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with the serial number is registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound feature was claimed on November 4, 2023. I recommend that you take advantage of your warranty and request a refund from the store, as we cannot transfer the device to a different account.
