Blackshark v2 x headphones cannot be activated; your product is already registered

Hello.
I bought headphones three days ago in Ukraine. When I try to add the Blackshark v2 x headphones to my account, I get the message “This product has already been registered.”
How can I get around this, or is there any way to register my headphones?
