Blackshark V2 X hyperclear cardiod

Hi I just got my Razer Blackshark headphones days ago, however, I’ve noticed the mic is picking up background noises and it isn’t too clear during in game sessions. I tried it with both the 3.5mm jack only and also using the splitter via connector to see if there is a difference it actually got worse especially with the splitter because there are times the mic is working, sometimes it isn’t especially in mid game,using it while playing ARC Raiders and I use it on my laptop. need advice or help on this. Thanks
