BlackShark V2 X – Invalid 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code

Hello Razer Support,

I recently registered my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and received a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code by email.

However, when I enter the activation code in the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound application, I receive the following error:

“The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.”

I have confirmed that I am using the correct 7.1 Surround Sound application, not THX Spatial Audio, and I have entered the code exactly as provided in the email.

My headset model is:
Razer BlackShark V2 X (RZ04-0324)

Could you please check the activation code and either activate it for my Razer ID or provide me with a valid replacement code?

I can provide my headset serial number, proof of purchase, and screenshots of the error if required.

I understand that you encountered an issue when activating your 7.1 Surround Sound. Can you send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can verify it in our system and check the registration details?
