Blackshark V2 X jack 3.5 - No 7.1 Surround Sound?

Hello!
I’ve tryed to make 7.1 Surround Sound work with my Blackshark V2 X, I got a code etc.
But it seems like there’s no possibility of it working because it’s a jack 3.5…
(The computer can’t reconize it as a new device output, and so 7.1 Surround Sound can’t work...)
Is it true or is there a way of making it working?

I understand you are having connection issues with your Razer Blackshark V2 X. Just to properly isolate the issue, are you currently using a headset splitter? Also, please send me a private message of your device’s serial number together with a picture or screenshot of the exact error message that states "The computer can’t recognize it as a new device output, and so 7.1 Surround Sound can’t work..." You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Please make sure that the sharing settings for the link are set to "Anyone with the link can view." Thank you!
