When I connect the microphone to my pc it sounds very low but when I connect it to my smartphone it sounds good, any solution?

It is the same for me, not just too quiet but also just sounds like shit, but the thing is in the reviews it sounds so nice. I do not know what is causing the problem 
Same issue, on laptop and cell phone mic is working crystal clear but when i plug it into pc via splitter(cause no other way to get audio and mic both working) the audio seems to be on point but mic seems very distorted. Tried to reinstall audio driver nothing. My collar mic seems to work fine though on the same port. Plz help would have been appreciated.
I have the same issue, have somebody a solution?
