So I bought the blackshark v2 x on 01.09/2024 and its worked fine but recently its been extremely quiet and when it does work it echoes and whenever I use the mute button it makes a crackling noise.

Can your headset still produce a sound when you play something? Does your Mic work when plugged into a mobile device? Have you tried to perform the following steps from this article?
