I just bought the Blackshark V2 X. I tested it on my phone, and it sounded pretty good. but when i put the headset on my laptop the microphone quality seems to be decreased. There seems to be no noise suppression at all. Also, mute button on the headset won't work on my laptop. Is there any way to fix it?
