BlackShark V2 X Microphone Not Working Properly

Hello! I have a problem with my Black Shark V2 X microphone and I was wondering if anyone could help me fix it. The microphone only gets my audio if I'm breathing into the microphone or saying Ps or Js. It also has a hard time picking up in discord. I wanna know if I have to download something or change some setting to fix it. Any help is appreciated.
