blackshark v2 x mixed right and left sound

Hello and good afternoon 

I recently bought the blackshark v2 x headphones and I noticed that the left and right side are inverted which means i the sounds I'm supposed to hear on my right comes from my left and the same goes for other side and front and rear sides are inverted too 

I really hope you help me please
