I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X from Amazon and it arrived yesterday, but in the box there was no activation code for the 7.1 surround sound function.
When I tried registering my headset on the Razer website, it told me that the product was already registered, although when I look in the “my products” page on my account, nothing shows up.
The box was sealed and the product was new, so I’m sure it’s not second-hand.
I wanted to ask if it was possible to request an activation code.
