Hi, I got my PC's motherboard changed yesterday. Since then no audio is coming in from the headset. I tried everything listed in this video: But nothing is working for me. Yes, i did check the drivers and they are there. The headset is working fine on another device. Thanks in advance

    That's odd. So the issue only happens while the headset is connected to your computer. Did you try running the Windows sound troubleshooter? Did you try connecting the headset to another 3.5mm port in your computer? By the way, are you using a laptop or a desktop PC? If it's a desktop PC, use the audio/mic splitter extension cable. Otherwise, bypass the splitter if you are using a laptop. You can install the Intel Drivers & Support Assistant and check if it offers the latest drivers for your unit.
