How do I fix a sound issue on my Razer Blackshark v2 X? After I installed the Surround Sound 7.1 the headset stopped working and I can’t hear anything anymore.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test the headset on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue you're currently experiencing.
