I, i have buy today Razer Balckshark v2 x, i have register that headset on my razer account, but that device isnt detected from razer synapse, i have tested to unistall and reinstall the program and device but nothing, that device cant be detected, any one can help?

Hello,
Only USB enabled Razer devices and can be detected by the Razer Synapse software. Your headset has a 3.5 mm audio + mic jack connection so it cannot be detected by the software. However, you can take advantage of the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Hopefully, that clears out everything. Feel free to reach me out via PM if you need further assistance.
