I purchased my Blackshark V2 X via AliExpress for myself in Brazil on June 15, 2024, the product arrived on June 27, however, when I went to register the product on my Razer ID it was showing as if the product was already registered, please, I need help!

é triste mano, pior que o Stereo dele já é muito bom, mas com o 7.1 Surround deve ser muito melhor!

Please be aware that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
