Blackshark v2 X RZ04-03241 (3.5mm) Mic connection

I recently bought the above BlackShark headset for PS5 and PC for use on PC.  The Microphone definitely works, I have tested it on my phone’s 3.5mm socket.  But the PC seemingly needs to use a discrete Mic In as well as Headphones out.  

This article, from the product page, seems to say that I should have a 3.5mm splitter to use this with a PC.  But there isn’t one provided.

I wonder if there should have been or whether this isn’t quite the PC model?

And the sites support chat doesn’t work on various browsers so I hope someone can help here?
