I bought the new headset from a reseller (MediaMarkt, Germany) but I somehow didn’t get an activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound system and I can’t request one online because the serial number doesn’t get detected.

should be on the headphones. earpads on the top with a bar code. i think this is what i used
I have the serial number but when I enter it on the website it says that it doesn’t exist. I also checked multiple times and tried switching I and 1 and 0 and O.
