ive had this headset for about a year i think, but i only recently got a computer so i can actually register it for 7.1 surround sound. Obviously i cant do that without a serial number and the box is long gone. I might have proof of purchase still if i find the email but thats about it. Is there anything i can do?

I understand that you’re trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound and no longer have the box for your headset. If the serial number is already unrecognizable or not visible on the device itself, the only remaining way to retrieve it would have been from the original product box. Since the box has already been discarded, unfortunately, there is no way for us to retrieve or verify the serial number from here.
Additionally, the Razer BlackShark V2 X is not supported by Razer Synapse, which means Synapse cannot be used as an alternative method to obtain the serial number.
